An Infrastructure for Web3
We are in the era of switching from the centralized Internet, that is, Web 2.0, to the decentralized Web3. Under the concept of Web 3.0, the ownership of digital content created by users is clearly owned and controlled by users, and the value created will also be distributed according to the agreements signed by users and others. We need a world-wide web3 infrastructure.
The Hub for Blockchains
Under current circumstances, each blockchain network has formed its own ecosystem and small society, and is an island of value. Many teams have developed a large number of bridges and protocols to link various networks. On this basis, we are carrying out the next step of development. Through the interchain communication protocols, different blockchain networks can communicate securely.
Data Consensus Network

Permanent Storage
Once data is stored in the data structure, new blocks are interwoven with every previous block on the chain. This ensures that any attempt to alter document content will be promptly detected and rejected by the entire network. Akashic guarantees users permanent access rights to stored content, including uploaded data, timestamps, uploaders' information, etc.
Smartweave
Definition: Smartweave is the smart contract standard implemented by the Arweave official team, which Akashic extends. It is based on the concept that frontend pages are smart contracts, allowing developers to manage states using JavaScript frontend scripts. Frontend pages themselves represent various UI logic and states, and developers can build smart contract applications using JavaScript.
IBC
The IBC application layer can be used to build a wide range of cross-chain applications, including but not limited to token transfers, interchain accounts, non-fungible token transfers and oracle data feeds.
Decentralization (Decentralized Nodes)
As an essential component of block validation, transactions are stored on the chain and replicated across the entire network, resulting in data being geographically dispersed worldwide. Nodes, in order to achieve "harmonious incentive alignment," tend to contribute positively to the utility of the network through their actions.

SPoRA
Proving that miners can access the recall block is part of the process of constructing a new block (on the other hand, the verification of the proof of access is part of the work of validating a new block). Therefore, Akashic adopts Proof of Access (PoA) as its consensus mechanism, later improving it with the SPoRA (Succinct Proofs of Random Access) mechanism.
Blockweave
Akashic points to a randomly chosen previous recall chunk (previously known as recall block), resulting in a spindle-like structure when viewed from a three-dimensional perspective. In terms of stored content, conventional chains primarily store indexes, with data distributed among nodes. However, in Blockweave, block storage includes data information, such as images types, which can be viewed on Akashic's blockchain explorer.
Wildfire Node Scoring Mechanism
Wildfire serves as an incentive measure for data retrieval in Akashic. Since Akashic only charges for data storage and reading is free, in order to encourage nodes to respond to read requests and block generation speed, Akashic has introduced Wildfire: a node scoring mechanism.
